Yes! Within five to seven days post-treatment, you can return to all physical activities, including swimming. Transplanted hair is permanent, allowing you to wash, style, and even color it just like your natural hair.

Most patients can resume work within 24 to 48 hours following their hair transplant. Hair can be washed the day after the procedure, and vigorous physical activities should be avoided for about five to seven days.

To minimize swelling, medication will be prescribed, and any minor scabs or itching at the treatment site typically resolve within 7–10 days. Shedding of transplanted hair is normal in the first few weeks but is followed by regrowth. Follow-up appointments every four to six months will track your progress and ensure optimal results.
